At the Regional Track meet this past weekend we had two Lady Eagles qualify for state.
On Friday Zoe qualified for state in the 3200meter Run with a school record time of 11:51 and taking home the silver medal
Saturday Payton dominated the 800 meter Run with a school record time of 2:18 and a first place finish!
Zoe and Payton ran the 1600 meter run Payton finished 2nd and qualified for state with a school record time of 5:25 and Zoe captured a bronze medal with a time of 5:26
They will be traveling to Austin for the State meet on May 9 and 10

BROCK TENNIS TEAM IS SENDING 4 PLAYERS TO STATE TOURNEY.
THIS IS MORE THAN ANY REGION II PROGRAM.
BROCK WAS CLOSE TO SENDING 5—AS WE FINISHED 3RD IN GIRLS SINGLES.
LEVI JOY & MORGAN HAMMONS ARE REGIONAL CHAMPIONS IN MIXED DOUBLES
STERLING LAMBERT & SIERRA LAMBERT ARE RUNNER-UPS IN BOYS DOUBLES
MELISSA MOLDER WON 3RD IN GIRLS SINGLES

OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENTS
STATE TOURNEY WILL BEGIN MONDAY MAY 5—AT THE UT CAMPUS IN AUSTIN
District Boys Golf Results
The boys team finished in 5th place in the regional tourney. There were 16 teams and 25 medallists competing.
Nocona won the championship, followed by Lone Oak, Olney, Callisburg, and Brock. Again, the good news is Olney and Nocona move to region one next year. Lone Oak had a player that shot 68,74 to finish under par for the round.
Levi Joy was top golfer for the day (86). Most improved score was turned in by Austin Henard (93).

THE BROCK TENNIS TEAM WAS THE OVERALL POINTS WINNER FOR THE THIRD YEAR
IN A ROW.
THE TEAM WILL BE TAKING A RECORD 8 PLAYERS TO REGIONALS.
